“To make America Great again.” — Is a statement that falsely implies that America was actually great at some point. But where?

What makes a country great?

Is it the ability to build a weapon powerful enough to kill hundreds of thousands of innocent people in an instant?

Is it the fact that it can amass an arsenal the could destroy the planet twice over?

Or that its military spending is greater than the next eight nations combined?

The facts are:

  • 82.76% of the population is urban (287,421,363 people in 2025)

Do we need more?

“The United States consumes a disproportionately large share of global resources. While representing only about 5% of the world’s population, the U.S. consumes roughly 24% of the world’s energy, a quarter of the oil, one-third of the paper, and significant portions of other resources like aluminum and copper.” (See: Hungry Planet et al.)

If I were to simply decry the general intellect of the American people, I would fall frighteningly short of what it deserves.

Having intellect is the easy part; having the wisdom to use it properly is where humanity falls short.

🧠 Intellect without wisdom can:

• Build rockets… and aim them at cities.

• Create algorithms… that manipulate elections.

• Design AI… that feeds addiction instead of easing suffering.

• Argue brilliantly… and destroy relationships.

• Know everything… and understand nothing.

It’s like handing a surgical scalpel to a child—sharp, precise, powerful… but without the maturity to wield it responsibly.

The fact is, all of America is leaning toward isolationism; casting out those in need, sending them to concentration camps or worse. Ignoring what the American government was supposedly founded upon. America, in short, is a nation of greedy, self-occupied, and self-centered people.

A people who fein benevolence and kindness for the sake of show, and to appease a greedy conscious.

Learning From History—Not Covering It Up or Ignoring It

We are supposed to learn from our mistakes, but that is not the nature of the total mass of humanity, is it? We just keep on working at self-destruction, mass annihilation, trodding down the poor and defenceless to build the Xanadu that everyone so deliriously strives for, but will never be achieved.

After more than SIX THOUSAND YEARS of recorded history, the only thing that the human race has become better at is finding new and more destructive tools to use for murdering one another! Or, as someone once said, we should be “waging war on poverty, not on poor people.”

Ignorance is NOT bliss!

To LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES, would mean that we first have TO LEARN, which is to say, “we must acknowledge them, and own them.”

Sadly, we do not like to admit our mistakes, we simply justify them. Or, as the current administration has a habit of doing: blame them on someone else, like “old slow Joe,” or “crooked Hillary,” and so on.

However; regardless of the person or the party affiliation, past, present, or future, the blame always lays somewhere else. Saving face; winning popularity; getting the votes.

I could say “it’s time to AWAKEN from our stupor,” but it’s a bit late for that! The majority of college students today have no idea what the holocaust is, or was. What’s more. They don’t care! That’s history, old days, doesn’t pertain. Girls will be boys and boys will be girls—make some money; have a party; have sex; repeat! Who cares about the past!

In today’s world stupidity is the rule of society: EVERYONE knows better—EVERYONE has the answer-EVERYONE has an opinion.

Just look on X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and a dozen other platforms! BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS of opinions and how-to’s.

Gen-X and beyond have all the answers! Like every young generation of ignorant college students that were hatched since the post-war years. All of them being less than half-educated; graduated cum laude, etc., but for what purpose or reason? To make life better for others?

HA! That would be the day!

No, not so! They want to have the “good paying jobs, make money, get rich, have a nice home, fast cars, clubbing and partying.

Many more give up education to be rock stars; sports heros; movie moguls, and movie stars—entertainment of all types with fortunes that could support small nations for half a century.

“We don’t need the past to build a future!” Our schools do not concern themselves with growth and progress, they just need to meet quotas, past tests, and move on.

The prime goal of any society should be making life better for everyone within that society, but that doesn’t happen unless there is a profit in doing so!

That sounds good, but we know that people don’t give unless they also plan to receive.

On top of all this is ‘religion.’ Rome rules the world …

Is religion any better than politics? Is it making life better for humanity? Consider, if you will, the Catholic religion. There are 1.5 billion Catholics, and yet less than 1% of them know the roots of their faith! They simply follow their parents, and grandparents, and great grandparents, etc., never questioning what their ‘church leaders’ taught them.

(The Church is a global network of organizations, including parishes, dioceses, and religious orders, each with its own financial structure. Estimates vary widely, and attempting to calculate a single net worth for the entire Church would be a complex and likely impossible task.)

No other organization on Earth takes in more money than RELIGION, i.e., those who will sell you a seat in heaven for your generous contribution. What good do they do? They foster unrest, foment wars, divide families, incite political unrest, and ultimately cause more issues than they cure. Sure, they have charities, go around the world selling Jesus, but do they unite? Do they bring about any peace? No, they have governments with bombs and guns for that.

Why mention all of this?

Because people prefer to find the easiest and most profitable path to everything! Not for the benefit of humanity, but for themselves.  “I want what’s mine.” “I have a right.” “I have worked hard all my life and I deserve.”

So, then, when it comes to someone asking me,

“Who do you think you are?”

I would answer this way:
Someone who knows better. A person who did not vote just because some bullying, half-educated politician/businessman promised to make me wealthy, to take away my cares, to “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” when it was never GREAT to begin with.

The ignorance of “uneducated” America (and by “uneducated” I mean those of equally selfish mentality, regardless of erudition or intellect); put them in the position in which they find themselves.

This nation, like the Romans, Greeks, and other “great” nations, reached a similar pinnacle before they fell. Growing too big for their baggy pants, found themselves in rebellion and civil war, and finally collapsed and suffered defeat of one form or another, i.e., usually economical and political.

It was a lack of wisdom and, the ignorance, greed, and selfishness, which pervaded any logic of mind, or soul, provoking the masses to permit a debased, low-life criminal, to become the leader of the so-called “Free World.”

Shame on you.
